Appointment Policy
This practice is structured around consistent care. A minimum of two visits per month is required for all active patients.
Patients who discontinue care or fall below the required frequency will be considered inactive. Resuming care after a lapse will require a new patient evaluation and updated care plan.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations without adequate notice may result in a fee.
Arrival
Please arrive on time and wait in the lobby until your appointment begins.
Insurance
If you plan to use insurance benefits, please email or text a clear copy of the front and back of your insurance card along with your date of birth prior to your appointment.
Insurance benefits will be verified as a courtesy. Verification is not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and any non-covered services.
Care recommendations and visit frequency are based on clinical standards and are not determined by insurance coverage.
Professional Relationship
Integrity Chiropractic maintains a professional doctor-patient relationship at all times.
Appropriateness of Care
Dr. Hankel may determine that another provider is better suited for your condition. If so, a referral will be provided to ensure you receive appropriate care.
