Cancellations

24 hours advanced notice is required for cancellations.  A fee equal to the value of your scheduled visit will be assessed for the time Dr. Hankel has reserved for you.  The client will be billed or it will be due at the beginning of the following appointment.

Packages

Packages cannot be shared between patients/families etc. HIPAA prevents this in any capacity and your privacy is our priority. Packages have a 1 year expiration date, are not refundable or transferable.

A Note about Patient/Doctor relationships

The practice of chiropractic care is that of a personal one, over time, Dr. Hankel and the patient will create and have a very special patient/doctor relationship. In the course of nearly 10 years of practice, she’s had a rule/policy that she does not have personal relationships with clients outside the office. This is due to strict regulations and the chiropractic code of ethics to protect you as a client. As much as Dr. Hankel would love to accept patient offers/invitations to social events/holiday gatherings, coffee, etc., she is not able to.

Finally, if patients do not show up for appointments or are habitually late (without notice), and/or if the doctor/patient relationship isn’t a fit, she will not hesitate to withdraw as your Chiropractor.
