Your first session will be 45 min - 1 hour and includes the consult, exam, and most importantly a gentle and effective chiropractic adjustment. The first session allows time to get to know you, answer your questions about chiropractic care and health, and begin to build a relationship.

45-60 minutes: $165
Follow Up Visits
15 minute visit: chiropractic adjustment only to spine and extremities.
30 minute visit: adjustment, soft tissue work, kinesio-taping, all included as needed.

Note: The rate above are discounted rates for payment types of cash, check or venmo. If you choose to use a credit card for payment - the rates are $169.67 for the first visit. In the state of Washington, business owners may offer a discount for cash, check, and for payment types like Venmo that do not charge fees for use. If you have a copay the same rule applies - your rate will be 2.75% higher than if you use cash, check or venmo. Thank you.
Payment is due at time of service. At Integrity Chiropractic, we love all forms of payment.
There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.
We are happy to file your insurance claims for you and are now in a few insurance networks. If you know you have chiropractic benefits, please send a photo of the front and back of your insurance card & the patient's name and date of birth to our secure line at (via text): 360.909.2566 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check your benefits for you prior to your appointment. If you don't have your insurance card you can send us the insurance name, their phone number, your ID number etc.
Please note: If an insurance claim is denied, due to non-coverage, the patient will be billed for services rendered. In the end, insurance benefits and health care costs are the patient's responsibility, as we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Important: If you have been in a car accident or work accident, please give us a call before scheduling an appointment: 360.909.2566. These cases are handled differently and our standard cash rates stated above do not apply. Our fee schedule which includes all rates, including insurance billing rates, is always available upon request.
Medicare Eligible Patients - Please Read:
Dr. Hyre is not a medicare provider, which means we do not file medicare claims of any kind. We ONLY provide what is considered maintenance/wellness care to medicare eligible patients. If you are a medicare eligible patient and feel your care may be considered “active treatment” - meaning it resulted from an injury or you’re in an intolerable amount of pain, we would recommend you find a chiropractor who is enrolled as a medicare provider. Further, you may make an appointment but if through the physical exam Dr. Hyre’s expert opinion is that your symptoms require x-rays or further diagnostic testing, she will refer you to a specialist who can help you. If you are unsure - as this is sometimes difficult for the patient to determine, please give us a call or send us a text: 360.909.2566. We are happy to go over what we do and don’t do in our office and how we can best help you.
