Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation, examination, report of findings, and focused chiropractic adjustment.

This appointment allows us to assess your needs, answer your questions, and establish a care plan based on consistent, results-driven treatment.

This practice is structured around proactive care. For maintenance/wellness care we recommend a minimum of two visits per month to maintain continuity and optimal results.

Fees

New Patient Visit: $149

Exam, heat, adjustment, care plan.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Prepayment is optional.

Ongoing Care

Appointments are streamlined and focused.

Chiropractic Adjustment: $75 (or $60 if coming in 2x per month)
Laser Therapy Add-On: $50 (or $110 if coming in 2x per month)

All active patients are recommended to maintain a minimum of two visits per month. This ensures optimal health and is the best value.

For patients seeking predictable scheduling and savings, monthly memberships are available:

Lifestyle Chiropractic Membership: $149/month
Up to 4 adjustment visits per month

Lifestyle Chiropractic + Laser Membership: $199/month
Up to 4 visits per month including laser

—3 month initial commitment

Unused visits do not roll over. Memberships are auto-billed monthly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience.

Benefits must be verified prior to your visit. Insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and any non-covered services.

Care recommendations and visit frequency are determined by clinical standards and are not dictated by insurance coverage.

Car Accidents

If you’ve been in a car accident, please contact the office at 360.909.2566. We’ll explain how care works, answer your questions, and help you begin treatment. Laser therapy may be incorporated as part of your recovery plan when appropriate.

Medicare-Eligible Patients

Dr. Hankel is not a Medicare provider and focuses on maintenance and wellness-based care. If you have questions about eligibility or coverage, please contact the office for clarification.
